Day 3- More Swimming in Fontucky and Bar-B-Q

Swimming takes so much time. I am so happy Lauren is good at it and tries so hard to swim fast. It makes it all worth it. I packed breakfast and lunch today since we had to be in Fontana so early.

Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg 70 cals, organic fuji apple 75 cals, fruit twisty thing 70 calories.

Lunch: Turkey wrap in a spinach tortilla with cheese 280 cals, Organic Peach Iced Tea 70 calories, 3/4 cup of roasted unsalted cashews 300 calories.

Fruit and almond granola bar 180 cals. Gets so boring at swim meets because there is so much time between events. We sit under the Easy-Up and hang out. By hang out I mean eat.

On the way to my mom’s I was so tired that I broke down and drank an organic protein mocha frap. Sadly it was 2 servings which means it was 380 calories. I am sure this will put me over my calories for the day. I could have lived without it because I wasn’t hungry just tired and feeling run down. Bummer.

Dinner: 1 bbq hamburger approx 350 calories (dry), 1 cup of watermelon approx 60 cal and pineapple 60 cals. Vowing not to eat anything the rest of the evening!!!!!  Looks like 1845 for calories. Great and no work out today to off set the calories. It’s not like I am eating cookies and ice cream. I guess I am snacking too much. That’s a hard habit to break.  Reflecting on my day, if I would have left out the Mocha and the cashews I would had a great low cal day. Monday is a new day.

Goal for Monday…create a calorie deficit. No snacking when not hungry!
